稳中有进促发展，奋发笃行谱新章。2025年2月6日上午9:30，郴州粮机在7号工厂会议室隆重举行2025年新春开工动员大会。全体高中层及骨干员工齐聚一堂，共同迎接新一年的征程。
董事长何益荣首先向全体员工致以新春祝福，并强调2025年是国家“十四五”规划收官之年，也是公司转型升级、创新发展的关键一年，全体员工要统一思想、锚定目标、鼓足干劲、稳中有进，推动公司高质量可持续发展。董事长围绕“干什么、怎么干”六个字，对新年工作做出重要指示。他指出要坚持一切工作围绕经济效益这个中心，在做大市场规模、做强技术水平、做优产品质量、做实经济基础、做亮企业品牌上持续发力，在市场拓展、技术研发、质量管理、风险防控、管理优化、人才战略、企业文化等多个方面部署关键举措，确保圆满达成新年新目标。最后，他号召全体员工保持危机意识、强化执行力、坚定信心、齐心协力、团结奋进，推动公司高质量可持续发展再攀高峰。
随后，总经理何健部署新年及近期工作重点，他强调“开工即开局，开局即开战”，要求大家收心归位、提振精神，以更加饱满的热情、昂扬的斗志和高度的责任感、使命感投入到工作中去，确保全面落实各项工作目标。
