On the morning of February 6, 2025, every member of Chenzhou Grain Machinery wore a radiant smile, exchanged New Year greetings, and offered each other words of encouragement, as they embarked on a new journey in the Year of the Snake. The journey of 2024 has become a cherished memory, and 2025, carrying everyone’s hopes and blessings, has quietly arrived. At the start of the new year, we will greet new challenges with a fresh attitude and renewed enthusiasm, writing together an even more exciting chapter ahead.

Steadily advancing while fostering development, we will forge ahead with determination and pragmatism to write a new chapter. At 9:30 a.m. on February 6, 2025, Chenzhou Grain Machinery solemnly held the 2025 Spring Festival Kick-off Mobilization Meeting in the conference room of Factory No. 7. All senior and mid-level managers as well as key employees gathered together to jointly welcome the journey ahead in the new year.

Chairman He Yirong first extended New Year greetings to all employees and emphasized that 2025 marks the concluding year of the country’s 14th Five-Year Plan, as well as a pivotal year for the company’s transformation, upgrading, and innovative development. He urged all employees to align their thinking, stay firmly focused on our goals, muster up enthusiasm, and make steady yet progressive strides forward, thereby driving the company toward high-quality, sustainable development. Centered around the six-character phrase “What to do and how to do it,” the Chairman provided important guidance for the company’s work in the coming year. He pointed out that we must continue to place economic benefits at the heart of all our efforts, relentlessly striving to expand market scale, strengthen technological capabilities, enhance product quality, solidify our economic foundation, and elevate our corporate brand. To achieve these goals, we need to roll out key initiatives across multiple areas—including market expansion, technological R&D, quality management, risk prevention and control, management optimization, talent strategy, and corporate culture—ensuring that we successfully meet our new annual targets. Finally, he called upon all employees to maintain a sense of crisis awareness, reinforce execution capabilities, remain confident, work together with one heart, and unite in our pursuit of even greater heights in the company’s high-quality, sustainable development.

Subsequently, General Manager He Jian outlined the key priorities for the new year and the immediate future. He emphasized that “the start of work marks the beginning of the journey, and the beginning of the journey is the start of the battle,” urging everyone to refocus, get back on track, and boost their spirits. He called on all employees to devote themselves to their work with even greater enthusiasm, high fighting spirit, and a strong sense of responsibility and mission, ensuring the full and effective implementation of all work objectives.

As we embark on this new journey in the new year, the company will closely focus on the annual goals and tasks, firmly assigning responsibilities at every level to ensure that all work is implemented effectively and yields tangible results. In the coming year, staying true to our original aspirations, we will press forward with determination and steady progress, continuing to forge ahead bravely.
