As spring approaches and all things are renewed, on behalf of the company's Party Committee, Board of Directors, General Manager's Office, and Trade Union, I would like to extend our warmest New Year's greetings to our leaders and colleagues who care for and support us, to our friends from all walks of life who work together and seek common development, to our new and old customers who share a common destiny and work together harmoniously, to all our employees who work diligently and persevere through difficulties, and to their families who provide unwavering support behind the scenes!

The year 2024 was a year of hard work and upward momentum for the company, a year of steady progress and continuous development, and a year of transformation, upgrading, and innovation. This year, we worked together with one heart and mind, achieving success together. We answered challenges with hard work and pursued our dreams with dedication. From the production workshops to the sales and service markets, from technological research and development to technological breakthroughs, from business operations to basic management...all employees rolled up their sleeves and worked hard, striving together with one heart and mind, using their blood and sweat to propel the Chenliangji ship forward, cutting through the waves and singing as we go.

This year, we have unwaveringly adhered to the "5+2" development strategy, turning our timetable into a progress chart and our task list into a report card. Our rice milling equipment, miscellaneous grain equipment, and warehousing and drying equipment have worked in tandem; good news has come frequently from the four major domestic markets; we have made inroads into the international market, and sales have reached new highs.

This year, we have strengthened our basic management, strictly controlled our technology and quality, and continuously forged our self-reliance. We have continuously upgraded and transformed, optimized our organizational structure, innovated our operating mechanisms, improved our systems and processes, and focused on building our talent team. We have promoted a group of young comrades to management positions, creating a platform for everyone to work and start businesses. The entire company is full of vitality and vigor. We have continuously improved and optimized our processes and tooling equipment, strengthened on-site process control, and continuously improved our intelligent manufacturing level. A batch of new intelligent equipment and processes have been put into use; we have increased our innovation efforts, and a batch of new and special products have been launched, reaching all corners of the country, contributing to the development of the industry.

This year, we have strengthened our foundation through projects, empowered our customers, and helped them optimize their designs, improve efficiency, and reduce costs. We have successfully held large-scale, high-level meetings such as the Expert Committee of the Rice Branch of the China Grain Industry Association, the Pilot Test Expert Consultation and Evaluation Meeting for Flexible Grain Storage Equipment, and the Provincial Drying and Storage Cooperation and Promotion Meeting, jointly building food security. Our brand building has ushered in a new chapter, and Chenliangji has been ranked among the "Top 10 Chinese Grain Machinery Companies" and the "Top 30 Private Enterprises in Chenzhou"; we have made a dazzling appearance at a series of international and domestic professional exhibitions such as the China International Grain and Oil Fine Products Exhibition and the Agricultural Expo; we have donated to aid in disaster relief and reconstruction, demonstrating our corporate social responsibility, and our brand image has continued to improve; "good wine needs no bush", various mainstream media have reported on Chenliangji, and leaders from various levels have visited the company for guidance.

Looking back, we have overcome countless difficulties; looking ahead, the road ahead is long but bright. With favorable conditions, we should forge ahead; with a long and arduous journey, we must work even harder. In this new historical period, the Party Central Committee has put forward the policy of steady progress and promoting stability through progress. 2025 is the final year of the 14th Five-Year Plan, and it will be a year full of challenges and difficulties, but also a year full of hope and the sowing of the future. We will continue to implement the "5+2" development strategy, adhere to the general tone of "steady progress," be one step ahead, be superior, and be faster, further expanding the market scale, strengthening the technical level, improving product quality, consolidating the economic foundation, and enhancing the company's brand. We will seek development in competition and strive for progress in stability, continuously improving our core competitiveness, and striving towards the goal of building a national-level grain machinery research and development center and creating a world-class grain machinery manufacturing demonstration factory. We will sail forward with determination and create a new chapter on the road of sustainable high-quality development.
