Characteristic
1. The four corners of the screen body are flexibly suspended by universal joints, which adopt a flange-mounted structure for easy maintenance. The machine runs smoothly and durably with exceptionally stable mechanical performance.
2. The drive adopts a double balance beam structure (upper and lower). Imported bearings are used to ensure more stable and reliable operation. The rotating speed of the screen body is steplessly adjustable via a frequency converter, and the rotating amplitude is also adjustable.
3. The auxiliary screen can effectively remove impurities from finished rice, such as bran lumps and packaging threads in reprocessed rice.
4. The feed inlet is equipped with a vertical air suction device. Air is supplied from the front door of the screen body and exhausted from the rear door. The air duct runs through the entire screen body, providing excellent internal ventilation, effectively reducing rice temperature and greatly minimizing bran accumulation inside the screen.
5. With a special process flow, the single machine features high output, high screening efficiency and excellent screening effect.
6. Automated control system ensures simple and intuitive operation.
7. All parts of the equipment in contact with materials are made of stainless steel, and silicone strips are used for sealing to ensure food safety.
