The BT35-11 axial flow fan is a dedicated axial flow fan for explosion-proof environments. Equipped with an explosion-proof motor and a fully enclosed double explosion-proof structure, it effectively prevents the generation of frictional static electricity and the leakage of electric sparks from electrical components. The protection level reaches IP65 or higher, and the insulation level can be customized to H-class, C-class according to requirements. It is suitable for locations with explosive gas mixtures (Zone 1, Zone 2), such as drying rooms, factories, laboratories, workshops with high concentrations of dust, oil depots, gas storage stations, and warehouses storing flammable materials, where explosion-proof requirements are needed. It can transport gases that are flammable, explosive, and volatile. The product's explosion-proof marking is: ExdIBT4Gb. Its operating ambient temperature must not exceed (F-class 105°C), (H-class 130°C), (C-class 150°C) for extended periods, the minimum temperature must not be lower than -40°C, and the relative humidity must not exceed 98%.
