Product Features
- Adopts three-section, two-sided drying technology: the drying section includes an upper drying section, a middle tempering section, and a lower drying section, increasing the drying area and time by 40%; for grains in the same vertical grain channel, the hot air flow direction of the upper drying section is opposite to that of the lower drying section. Grains absorb heat and remove moisture after passing through the upper drying section; then they enter the middle tempering layer for tempering for a few minutes, allowing heat to transfer into the grains, and moisture to permeate outward from the middle of the grains; then they enter the lower drying layer and are dried by reverse hot air.
- Significantly improves the uniformity of grain drying and reduces the rate of cracked grains; while ensuring drying quality, the drying speed can be increased by 20%~30%.
