High Efficiency and Environmental Protection: Employs double-sided toothed synchronous belt drive, simplifying the transmission system and increasing transmission efficiency; uses vibration-forced feeding for high and continuous stable flow rate, with digitally adjustable output; utilizes a long spill plate for accelerated rectification, resulting in a high husking rate; oil-free and low-noise operation.
Adaptable to Various Rubber Rollers: The two rollers use a double-support structure, with higher motion rigidity than similar domestic pneumatic hulling machines, ensuring stable machine operation and compatibility with both rubber and polyurethane rollers.
The hull separation device uses the traditional domestic vertical suction method, making operation intuitive and simple.
