- Intelligent Control: Utilizes a Siemens LOGO automatic control system for automatic pneumatic roller tightening upon material arrival and automatic pneumatic roller loosening upon material interruption; automatic material gate control, and roller pressure can be directly linearly adjusted via a pressure gauge.
- High Efficiency and Environmental Protection: Employs double-sided toothed synchronous belt drive, simplifying the transmission system and increasing transmission efficiency; uses vibration-forced feeding for high and continuous stable flow rate, with digitally adjustable output; utilizes a long spill plate for accelerated rectification, resulting in a high husking rate; oil-free and low-noise operation.
- Adaptable to Various Rubber Rollers: The two rollers use a double-support structure, with higher motion rigidity than similar domestic pneumatic hulling machines, ensuring stable machine operation and compatibility with both rubber and polyurethane rollers.
- The hull separation device uses the traditional domestic vertical suction method, making operation intuitive and simple.
