- High whole-grain rate: Flexible milling, using a rotary sieve milling chamber structure, the sieve plate rotates at a low speed, and the impact force of whitening is small; ultra-long sand roller milling, whitening is more uniform, and the whole-grain rate is higher.
- High rice yield, low broken rice rate: Using a rotary sieve structure and a new type of overflow bran board, intermittent air jet cleaning of the sieve plate, greatly improving the anti-blocking bran ability, low rice bran content, and low breakage rate; new technology of direct air blowing in the front and middle sections of the milling chamber and suction in the rear section, the rice temperature can be reduced by 1~2℃; the pneumatic gate of the bran collecting chamber can reduce broken rice during shutdown; the comprehensive breakage rate can be reduced by 0.5%~3%, and the rice yield of high-quality rice can be increased by 1%~3%.
- Intelligent rice milling: Fully automatic control system, precise control of flow and pressure, with bearing temperature measuring device, real-time display of bearing temperature and over-temperature alarm; equipped with automatic detection device for broken sieve leakage; manual and automatic mode switching, data visualization, and remote control and software upgrades can be realized, improving the humanization of operation and maintenance; optional online quality detection instrument, which can accurately process nutritional rice in layers.
- Wide range of applications: It can process suitable rice milling, fine milling, nutritional rice, and embryo-retaining rice; it can also process wheat or miscellaneous grains.
- High efficiency: Using a flexible rice milling machine, it is estimated that the rice output can be increased by 360~720 tons per year.
