Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the preparation, research and development, and improvement design of project proposals, project approval reports, and plans for the products and complete sets of engineering control systems managed by the project team.

2. Responsible for the design review, verification, standardization review, trial production, testing, assessment, and verification of design inputs and outputs of the control systems for the managed products.

3. Responsible for the drawing review, modification, argumentation, management, and confidentiality of the control systems for the managed products and complete sets of engineering projects during the production process.

4. Assist in handling major quality accidents and intractable technical problems in the production and processing sites and markets of the control systems for the managed products and complete sets of engineering projects; participate in the technical analysis and handling of customer complaints, claims, and returned/repaired products.

5. Responsible for collecting reasonable suggestions from production, sales, process quality, and frontline employees to improve performance, increase efficiency, reduce costs, and meet market demands.

6. Assist the department's superior supervisor with other assigned tasks.

Main Job Duties:

1. Complete system design, topology diagrams, electrical principle diagrams, layout diagrams, wiring diagrams, selection of electrical control cabinets/boxes and electrical components, and issue procurement lists according to project requirements.

2. PLC control logic programming, configuration software programming, and human-machine interface design programming.

3. Control docking with the host computer, confirmation of the self-control protocol docking, on-site control system debugging, training and improvement, cooperation in on-site handling of control failures, and proposing product and scheme improvement measures.

4. Cooperate with after-sales service to solve difficult self-control problems and propose solutions to assist in completion.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Automation, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer and Applications, or other electrical-related majors.

2. 5 years or more of experience in the industrial control or electrical control industry; those holding senior electrician certificates/electrical engineer titles/with experience in non-standard automated control programming are preferred.

3. Proficient in basic electrical engineering, automatic control principles, PLC control principles, power electronics technology, variable frequency drives and servo systems, sensor technology, computer networks, databases, factory power supply, and mechanical transmission principles.

4. Proficient in programming PLCs and HMIs from mainstream manufacturers such as Siemens, Huichuan, and XINJE; proficient in using CAXA and other drawing software to independently design and draw diagrams; proficient in electrical wiring, electrical control cabinet design, and electrical component selection.

5. Proficient in using RS232, RS485, ModbusTCP, and proficient in programming various mainstream robots;

6. Possess the design and programming capabilities of WinCC, Kingview (host computer), and vision software;

7. Good communication skills, able to accept suggestions, familiar with how to collect and analyze information, and possess a sense of innovation;
