Dryer Features

1. Excellent drying quality & high speed——Adopts low-temperature, high-air-volume circulating drying with heat preservation and humidity control. The moisture reduction rate is over 50% higher than ordinary dryers. With fewer cycles, the increase in grain breakage rate and fissuring rate is better than the national standard, ensuring high drying quality.

2. Energy saving & environmental protection——Low exhaust air volume; energy consumption per ton of grain is over 20% lower than ordinary dryers. It is energy-efficient and eco-friendly, with low investment in exhaust air treatment.

3. Fast wet grain feeding——Equipped with high-capacity elevators and scraper conveyors for fast feeding from the top of the dryer.

4. Fast dry grain discharging——Standard equipped with a variable frequency high-speed discharge mechanism.

For 30D/40D dryers: bottom chute three-way diverter quickly discharges dry grain to the high-capacity belt conveyor at the bottom center.For 50D/60D dryers: bottom screw conveyor three-way diverter quickly discharges dry grain to the rear high-capacity belt conveyor, facilitating conveyor maintenance.

5. 30D/40D dryers: no upper/lower screw conveyors, less residue, easy cleaning, improved seed drying purity, lower breakage rate and convenient maintenance; heat preservation chamber is elevated above the ground；50D/60D dryers: equipped with upper/lower screw conveyors; heat preservation chamber is floor-mounted.

6. Two drying modes available: constant-temperature drying and variable-temperature drying.

7. Standard dehumidification fans ensure low humidity inside the heat preservation chamber.

8. High degree of automation——Multi-point monitoring of temperature, material level, rotating speed and moisture content. Intuitive, simple and user-friendly operation, ensuring safe, stable, high-quality and high-efficiency drying.
