The rotary vibrating cleaning sieve is a high-performance, multi-functional integrated grain cleaning machine, widely used for efficient cleaning of paddy, wheat, corn and other raw grains.
Brief Introduction
This combined machine integrates air cleaning, screening and self-cleaning. It removes light impurities, dust, large and small foreign matters in one step, improves efficiency, and reduces dust and screen blockage.Features: feeding roller, universal joint flexible suspension, automatic scraper cleaning, stepless capacity adjustment, digital display, stable running, high output.
Working Principle
Three-in-one: rotary vibrating screening + air cleaning + automatic self-cleaning.
1. Uniform feedingMaterial enters evenly via feeding roller, avoiding accumulation. Capacity is stepless adjustable by digital control.
2. Rotary vibrating cleaner Eccentric drive creates planar rotary vibration. Multi-layer screens separate large and small impurities.
3. Air cleaning & automatic screen cleaningClosed air system sucks out light impurities, dust and blighted grains.Upper screen is equipped with scraper/brush to prevent clogging and maintain efficiency.
