Adopts the patented three-stage dual-side drying technology:The drying system consists of an upper drying section, a middle tempering section, and a lower drying section, which increases the drying area and duration by 40%.For grain in the same vertical channel, the hot air flow direction in the upper drying section is opposite to that in the lower drying section.Grain absorbs heat and releases moisture in the upper drying section, then enters the middle tempering layer for several minutes to allow heat to penetrate inward and moisture to migrate outward from the center.It then passes into the lower drying layer for further drying with reverse hot air.This significantly improves the uniformity of grain drying and reduces the percentage of cracked grains.While ensuring drying quality, the drying speed can be increased by 20%–30%.
