- The grinding chamber adopts a bottom-inlet top-outlet method, with multiple units in series processing, eliminating the need for an elevator in between, resulting in a small footprint; the material flow direction can be left-in right-out, or right-in left-out.
- This series of vertical models boasts excellent uniformity in rice whitening (milling) and high rice yield.
- Auger-assisted feeding ensures uniform output, unaffected by air volume fluctuations.
- The entire machine exhibits high rigidity, ensuring smoother operation.
- The combination of an integrated air-blowing fan and an external medium-pressure fan creates a combined blowing and suction airflow method. Compared to a solely suction method, this allows for more uniform tumbling of particles within the rice milling chamber, resulting in better whitening uniformity.
- Cleaner bran removal, lower material temperature at the machine outlet, and better overall results.
