- Uses sand rollers with a high length-diameter ratio, resulting in a large milling area and more uniform milling effect.
- Adopts a new process of direct air injection into the middle and rear sections of the milling chamber and air suction in the front section; the main shaft has a large inner diameter, resulting in a large air intake; the outlet uses a drip plate grading and secondary separation device to reduce the finished product temperature and bran content.
- The double-roller hulling and milling machine adopts a horizontally arranged double-roller structure. The two bran chambers are independently separated and their air volume can be adjusted, which is conducive to maintaining a dynamic balance of the internal pressure and air volume in the two roller milling chambers, improving the uniformity of milling and bran removal.
- Intelligent operation: An intelligent operating system can be optionally configured, with an added human-machine interface for automatic adjustment of the infeed flow and stabilization of the main motor current.
