Papua New Guinea Rotary Rice Grader
Product Description
This machine is specially used for grading in rice milling lines. Installed after milling and polishing, it is a key grading device at the end of small and medium-sized grain production lines, accurately separating whole and broken rice.
Brief Introduction
Compact and high-efficiency, it uses Rotary Rice Graderand multi-layer screens to grade white rice into whole rice, large broken rice and small broken rice by particle size.
Working Principle
1. Grading PrincipleDriven by a motor, the sieve frame moves in a stable rotary flat motion. Rice moves circularly on the screen under centrifugal force and gravity.
- Upper screen: retains whole rice
- Middle screen: separates large broken rice
- Lower screen: separates small broken rice
